The Targeted Manufacturing Initiative for Northern Ontario – Operational Assessments is designed to help established manufacturers take a clear, expert-led look at their operations and identify practical improvements that strengthen competitiveness. Delivered by the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario through its Regional Economic Growth through Innovation program, this initiative focuses on planning and analysis rather than equipment purchases, helping businesses make smarter long-term decisions.

The program supports in-depth operational assessments carried out by qualified third-party specialists.
